What you'll do

• Provide customer service throughout the loan or pawn process and make recommendations based on customer financial needs
• accept payments and manage customer appointments
• pursue referrals and business-to-business partnerships
• develop customer relationships
• conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool
• maintain customer information in the point-of-sale system
• follow company policies and applicable laws
• maintain security protocols and opening and closing procedures, including vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
