Accounting Manager

Job overview

The Accounting Manager role is onsite in Kennesaw, GA; the XML lists compensation of $35–$40 per year. TE Certified provides residential electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services in the Atlanta area. The role supports the Controller and the company’s Accounting Department. The manager oversees core accounting operations, reporting, reconciliations, and close processes while supporting budgeting and analysis. The role also improves systems and reporting, strengthens internal controls, and mentors accounting staff to support the company’s continued growth.

What you'll do

• Support daily accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger
• prepare and review statements
• reconcile accounts
• coordinate weekly commission payroll
• manage month-end and year-end close
• assist with budgets and forecasts
• analyze variances
• improve reporting and system integrations
• mentor accounting staff
• support internal controls and audit readiness.
