What you'll do

• Monitor operations under policies and procedures
• train and coach team members with the supervisor
• coordinate shift schedules and workstation assignments
• support shift goals and service quality
• communicate with the supervisor
• complete shift paperwork, call logs, and reports
• place orders in the computer system
• answer phones for Medicaid-eligible non-emergency discharge and ride requests
• dispatch estimated arrival times
• provide service-time information to providers
• assign trips cost-effectively.
