What you'll do

• Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultation in person at partner skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff
• complete timely documentation remotely in the Athena I EMR
• comply with agency policies and procedures.
