What you'll do

• Own Blue Yonder WMS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement
• direct external implementation partners and consultants
• maintain product roadmaps, implementation strategies, governance frameworks, standards, and delivery methods
• serve as the organization’s Blue Yonder WMS subject matter expert
• translate operational requirements into scalable solutions
• lead planning, governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalations
• review technical designs and integration approaches
• guide architecture, testing, deployment, and support discussions
• facilitate customer workshops and executive updates
• support estimation and implementation planning
• promote consistent documentation and delivery practices
• share knowledge and mentor internal staff.
