Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator role is onsite in Cedar, MN, at a youth psychiatric residential treatment facility, with compensation of $27–$30 per hour. Nexus Family Healing serves youth and families as a mental health organization. The coordinator develops, schedules, and facilitates staff training and orientation, then monitors completion and maintains records. This work helps new and existing employees gain the knowledge and preparation needed to perform their roles and meet organizational, licensing, and compliance expectations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation
• conduct follow-up meetings
• assess staff training needs and identify development opportunities
• use subject matter experts and the Relias platform to develop courses and training plans
• maintain employee training records and compliance reports
• manage training materials, equipment, and space
• coordinate employee support groups and mentoring
• support audits and accreditation reviews
• maintain licensing, accreditation, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
