General Foreman – Civil Field Operations

Job overview

The General Foreman is an onsite role based in South Hampton, NH, with 10% travel required. Compensation is $95,000–$118,000 per year. The role leads field operations for Jamco Excavators LLC’s civil, utility, and treatment construction projects. This field leader coordinates crews and site execution from project start to finish, maintaining safety, productivity, quality, and job profitability. The foreman works with the Site Superintendent and project managers to address site conditions and keep construction work aligned with project budgets and requirements.

• Oversee daily field processes on civil, utility, and treatment projects
• coordinate site execution with the Site Superintendent, project managers, and crews
• review and enforce project budgets
• notify leadership of unforeseen site circumstances or cost impacts
• maintain the site safety plan
• take accountability for project performance, crew professionalism, and execution quality.
