What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair access control, video surveillance, alarm, and related low-voltage systems onsite
• perform preventative maintenance
• troubleshoot remotely using designated software
• travel daily to customer sites throughout Florida
• participate in an on-call emergency service rotation at least two weeks per month
• research and resolve equipment issues
• provide technical assistance
• maintain customer-site service and operational records as directed.
