• Manage a designated territory through account management and direct telephone outreach
• educate prescribers and coordinate care
• meet call expectations
• develop specialty-practice relationships in neurology, immunology, and GI
• support sales escalations and product presentations
• route clinical questions to staff pharmacists
• document customer and patient updates
• assist with prior authorizations and prescription renewals
• track prescriptions through workflow
• collaborate toward sales goals. Travel is listed as 0–25%.
