What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial and business litigation
• conduct legal research and develop strategies
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents
• analyze legal and factual issues
• assist through all phases of litigation
• manage multiple matters and deadlines
• communicate with stakeholders in Mandarin Chinese and English
• collaborate across offices and practice areas.
