Business Analyst — Oracle Fusion Order to Cash

The Business Analyst — Oracle Fusion Order to Cash role is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Greater Orlando Area who can support some hybrid onsite work; remote work is also available during Eastern Time hours. Compensation is not specified. The role joins the Business Applications team at a food and beverage manufacturing and distribution organization. The analyst supports production operations across Oracle Fusion Order to Cash processes, owning support issues from intake through resolution. The role exists to translate business needs into practical system support, configuration, testing, documentation, and user training across connected order, receivables, pricing, and integration workflows.

What you'll do

• Support Oracle Order Management, Receivables, Pricing, and Order to Cash processes
• own support tickets from intake through resolution
• communicate with business users, triage issues, gather requirements, test, train, and follow through
• support Oracle Pricing and Trade Promotion Management integrations
• make appropriate Oracle Fusion configuration changes
• develop functional specifications, design documents, test plans, test cases, and UAT criteria
• facilitate UAT and quarterly regression testing
• troubleshoot order orchestration and production issues
• support integrations with Oracle WMS, Oracle Transportation Management, and related platforms
• maintain process and support documentation
• develop training materials and train end users.
