Service Writer

What you'll do

• Validate and process customer and internal field-representative orders
• dispatch sales orders and parts requests to technicians
• process sales orders for invoicing
• communicate service updates and costs to customers
• prepare quotes and pricing information
• provide accurate Master Service Agreement pricing
• monitor field representative inventories and parts turnover
• maintain service parts records
• assist with return merchandise authorization and shipping labels
• manage back orders
• enter data into NetSuite.
