Maintenance Technician — Property Management

South Oxford Management is a full-service property management company focused on resident and team experiences. The technician maintains the physical condition, safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. The role responds to resident requests, completes repairs and make-ready work, and helps keep apartments ready for leasing and move-ins.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• respond to resident requests and participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing
• maintain safe and clean common areas and the maintenance shop
• use maintenance management systems
• report major repairs and safety concerns.
