Membership Sales Team Member, Wellness Studio

The Membership Sales Team Member works onsite in Royal Oak, MI, with compensation of $15–$18 per hour. This part-time role builds prospective and current member relationships, explains membership options, and follows up with leads to support studio enrollment and retention. It also contributes to a welcoming studio experience through customer service and team collaboration.

What you'll do

• Educate guests about practitioner-assisted stretching and membership value
• guide prospective and current members through the membership process
• work toward sales goals through communication, follow-up, and prospecting
• follow up with leads to generate appointments
• greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and address questions
• support member retention
• promote additional sessions and services when appropriate
• maintain a professional studio environment and collaborate with the team.
