What you'll do

• Identify and secure internship and employment opportunities
• create placements based on student interests
• match students to placements and track progress
• monitor students at internship sites and obtain employer feedback
• develop and facilitate weekly seminars
• assess work readiness and skill development
• onboard student interns and manage timesheets
• collaborate with advocate counselors and post-secondary staff
• document work and maintain student records.
