What you'll do

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, investigations, and corrective action
• administer leave programs and workplace accommodations
• support benefits inquiries, enrollment, orientation, and open enrollment
• maintain confidential HRIS records
• prepare HR reports and workforce metrics
• support HR policies, audits, and compliance reporting
• improve HR processes and service delivery
• travel as needed to support facilities and operations.
