What you'll do

• Be available outside regular business hours for last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs
• assist with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping
• provide companionship and respond appropriately in emergencies
• return calls within 15 minutes and be able to leave for a shift within 30 minutes during on-call periods
• accept assignments during the on-call period
• maintain reliable transportation and complete documentation on time.
