What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and light housekeeping
• complete repair and maintenance service requests
• handle minor plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, refurbishing, and carpentry tasks
• assist with HVAC systems as assigned
• prepare apartments for new residents
• conduct preventive maintenance
• monitor hazards and maintain tools and work areas
• respond to maintenance emergencies and on-call requests as needed.
