• Lead enterprise pharmacy strategy across clinical and distribution pharmacy, medication use management, Part D, and pharmacy operations
• oversee pharmacy financial performance and cost management
• guide clinical pharmacy integration, medication safety, adherence, and regulatory compliance
• oversee distribution operations and service performance
• manage external partner relationships and pharmacy-related risk
• build and lead the pharmacy leadership team.
