What you'll do

• Provide dental care to clinic patients
• direct patient follow-up and collaborate with dental care providers
• work with the Chief Operations Officer on clinic operations, data collection and analysis, and quality assurance
• contribute to the annual dental center budget
• work with clinical, social work, and operations staff to identify shelter dental health needs and develop programs
• supervise dental staff and mentor dental students
• participate in hiring and staff evaluations
• maintain practice policies and protocols, records, and equipment safety
• and participate in the emergency call system.
