What you'll do

• Direct hospital financial operations and reporting
• lead budget preparation and analysis
• oversee internal financial reports and performance metrics
• manage reimbursement accounting, cost reports, reconciliations, and reimbursement trend analysis
• supervise finance professionals
• prepare financial analyses for management
• ensure GAAP, audit, and regulatory compliance
• manage CMS/DOH cost reports, 340B compliance, and other filings
• improve financial processes and systems
• lead or support special projects.
