The Director of Human Resources role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA, with work in the office and/or worksites. Compensation is $137,500–$157,500 per year. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the director leads HR strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture. The role aligns workforce planning, performance systems, leadership development, employee experience, and HR practices with JVS's mission and organizational priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead leadership and management development
• oversee learning and development programs
• maintain performance evaluation processes
• lead workforce planning and recruitment strategy
• foster organizational culture and inclusion and belonging
• oversee compensation and benefits strategy
• manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
• ensure HR regulatory compliance
• manage the Senior Human Resources Manager and indirectly manage the Human Resources Assistant.
