What you'll do

• Provide skincare services and guest service
• educate guests about services, memberships, and skincare products
• recommend and sell retail products
• manage appointments and assist the front desk
• support daily studio operations
• monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items
• maintain a clean, organized studio
• follow company procedures, scheduling and timekeeping expectations, and sanitation, hygiene, safety, and board compliance standards
• attend required training, meetings, and ongoing education.
