What you'll do

• Oversee daily multi-site operations, service delivery, cleanliness, safety, and technology uptime
• own regional P&L, budgeting, reforecasting, labor efficiency, and expense control
• monitor operational dashboards and resolve location-level anomalies
• recruit, coach, and retain operational teams
• serve as senior escalation point for property owners and real estate partners
• support new deal underwriting, facility handoffs, and onboarding
• conduct safety audits and inspections.
