Leasing Agent

The Leasing Agent role is onsite in Carbondale, Illinois. Compensation is $19 per hour. Princeton Management’s leasing team works to attract prospective residents and support apartment occupancy and resident service. The agent guides prospective residents through property information, tours, and lease documentation while maintaining accurate records. The role also supports existing residents by responding to concerns and helping provide a positive living experience.

What you'll do

• Provide prospective residents with information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms
• conduct property tours
• explain lease terms and rental agreements
• maintain records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions
• address concerns from current and prospective residents.
