Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leaves, discipline, and performance
• respond to employee inquiries and refer sensitive matters to HR leadership
• collaborate on personnel changes
• participate in performance and disciplinary discussions
• conduct exit interviews, terminations, and new-hire orientation as needed
• assist with labor audits
• maintain personnel files
• respond to agency, workers' compensation, and insurance requests
• maintain compliance with employment laws.
