What you'll do

• Assess patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic response.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate Degree; BSN required w/12 month enrollment and 24 month completion

Experience

Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience required; PCU and Transplant experience preferred
