Retention Specialist

What you'll do

• Build relationships with girls, caregivers, volunteers, and community partners
• proactively contact members, identify needs, resolve concerns, and document follow-up
• support retention campaigns, outreach, events, and council initiatives
• communicate with Service Unit volunteers and troop leaders
• attend assigned Service Unit meetings and relevant events
• provide guidance on programs, resources, policies, and procedures
• support volunteer learning
• maintain member records and track engagement.
