The Early Learning Outreach Educator role is onsite in Danville, IN, with pay of $17.19–$19.89 per hour. Bauer Family Resources works to empower children and families to thrive in their community. The role provides learning experiences for children from 6 weeks to 3 years that promote school readiness, while helping families establish goals and build meaningful connections through home visits and group social activities.

What you'll do

• Observe, document, and assess children’s progress
• analyze student data
• develop and implement individualized lesson plans informed by family input, student data, interests, and developmental practices
• engage families in services and activities that promote school readiness and parenting skills
• support family goals and community connections
• conduct weekly home visits and twice-monthly socializations
• provide referrals and resource information
• complete reports and track family progress
• and follow Bauer policies, state licensing, and Head Start standards.
