Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Houston, Texas, and pays $22 per hour. The role handles service requests and preventive maintenance across multiple trades, and may assume maintenance responsibilities when the supervisor is absent.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance
• monitor property conditions and address unsafe conditions
• diagnose and repair routine electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance, drywall, roofing, exterior, and window issues
• assist with apartment make-ready work
• report major repairs and purchasing needs
• manage tools and supplies
• assist with groundskeeping
• follow applicable safety, housing, and company requirements
• participate in rotating on-call emergency coverage.
