What you'll do

• Develop and lead marketing strategy aligned with company goals, sales targets, and market opportunities
• build, mentor, and manage the marketing team
• oversee brand positioning and messaging
• develop and manage the marketing budget
• lead integrated campaigns and demand generation
• analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition
• collaborate with distributors, suppliers, and OEM partners on joint marketing
• lead website optimization, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email campaigns, and analytics
• plan trade shows, customer events, and sales training initiatives.
