What you'll do

• Set up and execute hot food for the restaurant and banquet breakfasts
• manage line cooks, production cooks, breakfast buffet attendants, and stewards
• train and mentor hourly associates
• address kitchen issues
• complete checklists
• follow health codes and operating procedures
• uphold sanitation and safety standards
• coordinate banquets and buffets
• manage vendor orders and organize storage
• maintain hot and cold stations
• plan special occasion menus and develop plating designs.
