What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel
• monitor entry and exit points and verify credentials
• maintain visitor and access records
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols
• observe and report suspicious activity and complete incident reports and shift documentation.
