Full-Time Landscaping and Groundskeeper

What you'll do

• Maintain clubhouse landscaping and water grass and bushes
• mow and trim common areas
• pick up trash
• maintain the community pool to health and regulatory standards
• deliver resident notices
• respond to after-hours water and sewer emergency calls
• troubleshoot water and sewer breaks
• perform preventative maintenance, follow-ups, and scheduled safety inspections.
