Residential HVAC Installer

Job overview

The Residential HVAC Installer role is onsite in Holland, MI. Compensation is $35–$40 per hour. The role supports complex residential new-construction installations, including large custom homes with multiple forced-air systems.

What you'll do

• Lead and complete complex residential installations
• install forced-air systems using Bryant equipment
• read blueprints and technical specifications
• measure, size, and fabricate custom sheet-metal ductwork onsite
• install line sets, solder and braze connections, and leak-test systems
• manage job workflow and documentation in ServiceTitan
• maintain a clean and safe job site
• communicate with builders, contractors, and internal team members
• organize the company vehicle, inventory, and tools.
