Retail Key Holder

The Key Holder helps keep store operations running by opening and closing the store, serving customers, supporting new employees, and assisting with sales-floor and inventory tasks. The role also handles transactions and helps maintain store standards and security procedures.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• provide customer service and product recommendations
• support new employees and assist during high-volume periods
• restock merchandise and conduct inventory counts
• process cash transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• operate scanners and registers
• follow age-verification policies
• monitor the sales floor and follow security procedures
• maintain store cleanliness and standards.
