The role includes daily facility visits, staff education, outcome reporting, physician scheduling and logistics, relationship development, and support for new market launches.
What you'll do
- Partner with assigned wound care physicians to grow regional practices
- travel daily to skilled nursing facilities
- support wound care education and in-services
- collect and report healing outcomes and visit data
- build relationships with facility leadership and develop accounts
- coordinate physician visit and procedure logistics
- support new market launches, including out-of-state travel as needed
- assist with provider recruiting
- meet growth targets and KPIs.
