Maintenance Manager — Multifamily Community

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians
• oversee daily maintenance, service requests, preventive maintenance, and apartment make-readies
• prioritize urgent requests and document completion
• manage apartment turns
• inspect building systems, equipment, common areas, and occupied and vacant units
• monitor workflows and team productivity
• support budget management and inventory control
• coordinate with community management, vendors, and contractors
• ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, Fair Housing requirements, and company policies
• maintain maintenance records
• support emergency response and appropriate on-call coverage.

Why this role

Requires EPA certification, at least four years of apartment or property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle. Availability for on-call emergencies is required; CPO and HVAC certifications and supervisory experience are preferred.
