What you'll do

• Prepare congregate and home-delivered meals according to approved menus
• estimate meal needs and ensure supplies are available
• prepare, cook, and serve food to required nutritional standards
• assist with inventory and ordering
• maintain kitchen and dining-area sanitation
• maintain nutrition records and program documentation
• train and supervise site employees and volunteers
• support quality improvement and required reporting.

Why this role
