Patient Access Liaison

Job overview

The Patient Access Liaison role is field-based in Cincinnati or Dayton, OH, with travel estimated at 50% or more. The stated base salary range is $180,000–$200,000 per year. Compass Pathways is developing treatment options for mental health conditions, including treatment-resistant depression and PTSD.

What you'll do

• Support site REMS certification and patient enrollment, site access readiness, and compliant education on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefits, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes. Help address case-level access barriers and coordinate treatment logistics with sites and external support partners. Maintain compliant CRM records, account plans, and non-promotional role boundaries
• share field insights and process-improvement opportunities.
