The Warehouse Supervisor, Fresh Produce role is onsite in Inver Grove Heights, MN, with pay of $23–$30 per hour based on experience, plus overtime pay. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, with 45–50 hours per week and no overnights or weekends. Cut Fruit Express handles fresh produce through receiving, cold storage, order picking, staging, and shipping. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the supervisor leads a team of 4–5 associates and manages daily warehouse flow. The role coordinates people, product quality, inventory, and shipments to keep operations safe, accurate, and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Lead 4–5 associates across receiving, putaway, picking, staging, and shipping
• ensure warehouse processes and systems are followed
• partner with QA on incoming produce inspections
• schedule the team around deliveries and orders
• hire, interview, train, coach, and provide performance feedback
• oversee safe forklift and pallet jack operation
• coordinate with Production, Quality, and drivers.
