What you'll do

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks
• support the Bakery Manager with daily operations, team coordination, and task assignments
• train and guide team members
• assist with bakery production, oven operations, packaging, restocking, and product displays
• maintain café equipment and work areas clean, organized, and stocked
• assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
