Director of Financial Management

The Director of Financial Management role is onsite in Ocala, FL; compensation is $68,000–$72,000 per year. The position supports the E.B. Mills Foundation of Florida’s financial operations and responsible stewardship of organizational resources. The role exists to maintain accurate financial operations and help leadership ensure grants, donations, restricted funds, and program resources are managed in accordance with applicable requirements. It oversees accounting, budgeting, reporting, controls, payroll coordination, and compliance while providing financial analysis for organizational decisions.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounting and financial operations
• maintain financial records and general ledger
• manage accounts payable and receivable
• review reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• manage grant, donation, program, and fund accounting
• track restricted and unrestricted funds and grant expenditures
• support budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• coordinate payroll-related financial information
• maintain internal controls and compliance
• coordinate audit and tax documentation
• advise leadership and department leaders.
