What you'll do

• Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs and attic and crawlspace inspections
• clarify scopes and identify installation challenges
• coordinate with HVAC and weatherization leads, scheduling, sales, and production
• manage multiple projects and scope changes
• resolve issues and track punch lists and test-out documentation
• communicate with homeowners
• improve workflows and support project coordinators.
