What you'll do

• update patient demographics and insurance eligibility
• process orders and referrals
• contact patients to schedule appointments
• import documents into patient charts
• communicate about authorization, financial counseling, and scheduling
• respond to questions and complaints
• relay clinical appointment instructions
• answer and triage calls
• update practice management and EMR records
• document completed work
• coordinate cancellation notices
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
