What you'll do

• Complete client admissions and nursing assessments
• monitor medical, physical, mental, and behavioral status
• review referrals and consults and update records
• follow up on tests
• administer medications and treatments as indicated
• supervise unit flow and staffing
• communicate with clinical leaders
• provide emergency care and de-escalate crises
• perform on-call responsibilities as assigned.
