What you'll do

• Direct the estimating team and ensure estimates address project requirements
• develop and analyze cost models and forecasts
• prepare bid packages and assess subcontractor and vendor bids
• coordinate preconstruction presentations
• lead review of trade contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• coordinate transition to field operations and compare estimates with project status.
