Field Service Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise field service technicians and daily department operations
• communicate service processes to customers and internal departments
• interpret policies and enforce safety and DOT regulations
• adjust work procedures to meet schedules
• manage technician resources, payroll, work-in-progress, and performance indicators
• address customer satisfaction and corrective actions
• review work-order quotes and margins
• recruit and retain technicians
• prioritize service calls
• inspect service trucks and manage maintenance schedules and tooling inventory
• perform on-call duties as assigned
• travel up to 20%.
