The role assumes operational leadership when the General Manager is offsite and serves as a development path toward future General Manager roles.

What you'll do

• Support front- and back-of-house operations
• assist with labor, food cost, inventory, and performance metrics
• lead and coach supervisors and team members
• support onboarding and training
• address guest concerns
• assist with hiring and shift coverage
• monitor food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and facility concerns
• communicate with the General Manager and partner teams
• obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
