• Own vendor quality scorecards and quality data tracking systems
• analyze product performance and communicate trends
• support vendor onboarding, qualification, and audits
• review and improve the quality management system
• create and maintain SOPs and work instructions
• support product launches, issue investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
